Headache, dizziness, flu, motion sickness: Rub the oil high into the temples and nape of the neck, rub the nostrils.

- When bitten by mosquitoes and other insects: Rub high oil into the affected area.

- Can be inhaled: Put about 1-2 high oil chopsticks in boiling water to inhale when you have a cold.
